My podcast host is not listed

If your podcast host isn't listed in our setup guides, please contact us. We'll help you figure out the specific setup required for your host.

My analytics say "processed" but no stats show up

If you just set up tracking, please allow up to 24 hours to 48 hours for data to populate.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you still don't see any stats, please email support and we will investigate the issue for you.

My podcast RSS feed does not validate

Double-check the URL

Ensure you copied the correct RSS feed URL.

Check the Protocol

Make sure the link includes http:// or https://.

Verify it's a valid feed

Confirm that the URL points to a valid RSS feed.

Ensure you are not pasting a link to Apple Podcasts or Spotify. These are player links, not RSS feeds.

Exact Match

Make sure you are pasting the exact feed URL as it appears in your podcast host's dashboard.

If you've checked all of these and it still fails, please contact support.

My RSS feed says "not processed"

Processing can take some time depending on the queue.

  • If it hasn't been 24 hours to 48 hours: Please wait a bit longer.
  • If it has been over 48 hours: Please contact support for assistance.

What is OP3 and why do you use it?

OP3 is an open podcast prefix project that we use for analytics.

Why we use OP3: We actually created our own custom analytics tracker initially. However, some RSS hosts were resistant to this innovation and denied us access to their platforms, even though we offered to let them review our codebase.To ensure broad compatibility and reliability for our users, we decided to utilize OP3's established and trusted infrastructure.
