To get your stats flowing, you need to add the https://op3.dev/e/ tracking prefix to your podcast host.

We've broken down the most popular podcast hosts into two categories: those that let you drop the prefix right into your dashboard, and those where you'll need to shoot a quick message to their support team.

Option A: Direct Dashboard Setup

These platforms make it super easy. You can add your tracking prefix directly in your show's settings. Click on your host below to view their official step-by-step guide:

Transistor

Navigate to Settings > Analytics Prefixes and check 'Enable Open Podcast Prefix'.

Megaphone

Add your prefix via Settings > Megaphone Settings > Feed Prefixes.

Captivate

Found under Podcast Settings > Third-party prefixes.

Simplecast

Go to Distribution > Advanced Settings > Analytics Prefix.

Art19

Go to Series Profile > Feeds > Third-Party Measurement Prefixes.

Libsyn

Go to Settings > Advanced Tools > URL Prefixes.

Castos

Go to Settings > Distribution > Advanced.

Option B: Email Support Required

Some hosts lock down their prefix settings to keep things simple, so you'll just need to email their support team. Click your host for their specific contact info, or use our handy template below!

Unsupported Hosts

A quick heads-up: a few platforms do not support third-party tracking prefixes at all. If you use one of these, you won't be able to connect to BuzzyPod analytics unless you migrate to a new host:

Spotify for Podcasters (formerly Anchor)
Substack (Audio)
Acast
