Billing & Subscription

Manage your BuzzyPod subscription, free trial, and payment details.

BuzzyPod uses a team-based subscription model. One subscription covers your entire team — no per-seat pricing.

Free trial

New teams get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

You can track your trial status on the Subscription page, which shows how many days are remaining along with a progress bar.

When your trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to the Pro plan to continue accessing analytics.

Subscribing to Pro

The Pro plan is $30/month and covers your entire team.

  1. Go to the Subscription page from the sidebar
  2. Click Subscribe Now
  3. You'll be taken to a secure checkout page (powered by Stripe) to enter your payment details
  4. Once payment is confirmed, your entire team gets immediate access

Managing your subscription

To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Subscription page
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can:
    • Update your credit card
    • View and download past invoices
    • Cancel or pause your subscription

The Subscription page also shows your current plan status, renewal date, and alerts you if there's an issue with your payment.

How team billing works

Your subscription is tied to your team, not individual users. This means:

  • One subscription covers everyone — when you invite new members, they're automatically covered
  • Owners and Admins manage billing — only Owners and Admins can subscribe, manage payments, or cancel. Team Members can view the subscription status but will see a message to contact their Owner or Admin for changes.
  • Cancellation affects the whole team — if the subscription is canceled, all team members lose access to analytics when the billing period ends
