Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with BuzzyPod from start to finish.

This guide walks you through the entire process of getting set up with BuzzyPod, from creating your account to seeing your first analytics.

1. Create your account

Head to BuzzyPod and sign up with your email and password.

2. Create your team

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create a team. Give it a name (e.g., your podcast network or show name). You can invite team members later from the Team settings page.

3. Add your podcast

Navigate to your dashboard and add your podcast's RSS feed URL. BuzzyPod will validate the feed and pull in your show details automatically.

Make sure you use your actual RSS feed URL from your podcast host — not a link to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or any other player.

4. Set up analytics tracking

To track downloads, you need to add a tracking prefix to your podcast host. This is a one-time setup that takes just a few minutes.

5. See your analytics

Once the prefix is active, downloads will start flowing into your BuzzyPod dashboard. Depending on your host, this can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.
